Sappho's Girls is part of the Cyber-Dyke network, a collection of adult sites "created for women and by women". I'm sure guys will be able to enjoy themselves here as well ;-) The site features pics and vids of various models in softcore posing shoots and girl-girl encounters. It also looks like there's a nice amount of bonus content (in the form of access to the other sites in the Cyber-Dyke network) to check out as well.
The setup here is pretty clear-cut. The main page doubles for an updates page and here you'll find a list of the most recent additions to the SapphosGirls members area down the center of the page. General navigation is accomplished via a menu at the top of the page which links you up with the various sections of the site. They also provide a model index (both textual and with pics) which lists all of the available girls on the site and connects you with all of that girl's pics and vids. Lastly, there's a search box at the top of the page to help you find what you're looking for, although when I tried entering some keywords nothing was ever found. The only thing I could get to return matches was a model's name and that search seems redundant with the model index right there. Anyhow, let's take a look at the content itself.
Picture size varies quite a bit here and it doesn't seem to be based on the age of the set. Some of the shots are extra large at 800 x 1200 and 768 x 1024 while others drop down to a more standard 600 x 800 and a small 400 x 600. There's definitely a very artsy feel to most of the material, with black and white shoots, interesting lighting and camera angles. That isn't really my cup of tea, but that aside, the quality of some of the material could definitely use an upgrade here. Some of the pics are grainy or poorly lit and I'd like to see more of the extra large pics as opposed to the smaller 400 x 600 shots. Moving on to the videos, they've got them organized together in a separate section so you can find them easily. The clips are offered in both WMV and MPG formats and they typically offer up both low (320 x 240 at 221K) and high quality (320 x 240 or 640 x 480 at 700K) versions. The video quality is decent enough; some look better than others to me. They're pretty comparable to the pictures really...the quality could definitely be upgraded but they get the job done. Again, there's an artistic feel to a lot of these, one even starts off with several verses of poetry being displayed before the actual video begins.
The Sappho’s Girls content is a mix of solo posing shoots and girl-girl encounters. The women here are a bit different from standard porn sites. Although there is certainly a nice selection of more typical website hotties, there are also quite a few artsy, nerdy, gothic, or "butch" looking girls as well. In addition to artistic solo posing material, you'll also find some sensual masturbation scenes featuring the girls pleasuring themselves with their fingers and maybe a toy. And of course there are plenty of girl-girl shoots throughout the archive with chicks thoroughly enjoying each other in the bedroom, the bathtub, and other places. The focus of the content is much more sensual and erotic than your typical lesbian porn, but the chicks definitely get down and dirty, eating pussy and sometimes whipping out a toy or strap-on to help things along. The overall feel of the content is very "real" and authentic, tasteful and erotic.
You'll find quite a bit of bonus content to take a look at here, most notably bonus access to multiple other sites that are part of the Cyber-Dyke network. There are three other sites that they call "premium" (Dark Play, Posteriority, and Girl Tools) as well as 8 archive sites. These all contain content that complements SapphosGirls, so you'll find plenty of lesbian, fetish, and BDSM material in these bonus members areas. In addition to the bonus sites, there's also a Sappho's Girlfriends section containing galleries of 13 other chicks. The content is similar to the SapphosGirls material and it looks like these girls are from I Shot Myself (already reviewed here at QAP if you want to check it out). There's also an erotic story section containing around 30 lesbian stores and a SapphosGirls DVD store.

SapphosGirls.com is a niche site that will greatly appeal to some and do virtually nothing for others. Hopefully, my review has helped you determine whether you'd be into this sort of content or not. If you are, the quality's pretty decent for the most part and amateur lovers should enjoy the artistic and authentic feel of the Sappho’s Girls content. There’s also a nice array of bonus sites included in your membership which you should enjoy if you dig the Sappho’s Girls material. I liked the uniqueness of the content here but as I said, I don't think it's going to appeal to everybody. Check it out and see what you think.
