I found these all to be watchable at full-screen with pretty minimal pixelation, especially in the more recent clips.
Videos are clearly the main focus here but, as I mentioned Nut Sack Lunch also provides vidcap galleries with each of its episodes. These are average quality and pretty small at 320 x 240 in size. I'd probably use them to preview the videos more than anything else.
As you might have guessed from the site name, the content at Nut Sack Lunch focuses on oral sex.
