Demi's site setup is super simple. A menu at the top of the page connects you with her photos and videos and you'll find a couple of links to her email and DVD store throughout the rest of the page.
Demi's Pictures section offers up 54 photosets, each containing around 40 or so pics. You can view the sets in a gallery format, as a slideshow, or you can download the entire set as a zip file. The size of the pics varies a bit. In most of the sets, it looks like Demi has the sizes setup so that the height of the photo is always around 800 so the vertical shots end up around 600 x 800 and the horizontal pics are closer to 1000 x 800. In other series, the photos are almost a little too big for my tastes, weighing in at around 1500 x 2000. The quality is pretty decent...some sets are a bit dark and there's a blurry pic here and there, but otherwise pretty typical for an amateur site.
From what I can tell, Demi's photosets are all softcore posing shoots. It looks like she does a decent job trying to incorporate a different theme into each set. There are outdoor bikini sets at the beach and in her backyard, various costume sets (nurse, stewardess, PVC, schoolgirl, Santa outfit), and some other themed shoots including several thigh high series, a shower set, and a few smoking sets, among others.
In addition to the photosets, you can also take a look at Demi's videos. There are 32 of them in WMV format and they're available for stream or download. 640 x 480 at 768Kbps. For the most part, the quality of these is actually pretty good. Some of the scenes seemed a little dark or grainy, but other than that, things looked decent. I could even get away with watching most of the vids at full-screen.
Demi's videos are where you'll see her hardcore material. There are several masturbation scenes (one including smoking) and the rest feature boy-girl hardcore action. It looks like these are primarily blowjob scenes but I also saw Demi titfucking her man and giving him a handjob as well as getting fucked herself in a few of the videos. Demi takes a facial or two, but the jizz usually gets splattered all over her huge luscious boobs at the end of each scene.
Other than the pics and vids, there's not a whole lot else here. Demi offers two desktop wallpapers in the Wallpapers section and she mentions a Forum on the main page of her site but, call me crazy, I just couldn't find the link to it anywhere.

DemiDean.com should appeal to fans of real amateur MILFs. If you're a lover of big, natural tits, then all the better. The quality here is about what I'd expect out of a real amateur site and you've got both hardcore and softcore material to take a look at. I think the main thing missing here is some sort of interaction with Demi (maybe a diary, live webcam, or the mysteriously missing message board), but other than that the site's not too shabby.
